Shipping Policy

Location

Fabrics by the Creek ships from Texas.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends, holidays, or pre-order products).  If there are any delays on a regular order you will be notified via email.

Note:  Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS or UPS as our standard shipping services.  If you need to use a different carrier, we ask that you email or call us to discuss options.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.  If your package is taking longer than expected please contact the shipping carrier first.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Costs are a flat rate based on fabric selection.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package

Fabrics by the Creek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.  If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier immediately.

If an item is defective at time of arrival, you have 10 days from order date to call for return options.  A picture of the item is required and can be emailed to us at hello@fabricsbythecreek.com stating what is wrong with the item.  Fabrics by the Creek must approve the return of the damaged item before a credit or refund is issued. 

If a carrier claim is required, take pictures of the package and products as this is a must. 

Note:  the carriers have the right to deny any claim.  If a claim is denied, Fabrics by the Creek is not responsible for refunding or reshipping replacement products without charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address during the checkout, please contact us immediately.  We will do our best to update your information, but if the order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Undeliverable Address

If an order is returned to us to due an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.  Additional shipping charge will apply.
